Great thoughts!

  1. About your point on “Tiny positive frictions to creation”, I feel Todoist does this well with the natural language processing, it makes it really easy to add a date/time to it.

2. I have enabled a two-way sync between Todoist and Google Calendar to add tasks to my calendar, each task by default taking up 30mins (configurable) — this allows me to timebox my day and serves up reminders to get things done.

3. I make use of Todoist’s recurring tasks for things like prepping for weekly meetings — without which I tend to miss out on.
